Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a bilingual (Spanish) Human Resources Manager to join a dynamic team in California. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, along with a passion for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with overall business objectives. This role is 100% onsite, Monday to Friday, in the Garden Grove/Fountain Valley area of Orange County, CA.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Managing the recruitment and selection process to ensure the hiring of qualified candidates.
• Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintaining pay plan and benefits program.
• Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Nurturing a positive working environment.
• Assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
• People-oriented and results-driven.
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field.
• SHRM certification required.

Required Work Hours

The position requires working Monday through Friday, during the 1st shift.

Additional Details

This is a supervisory position with a salary range from $85,000 to $130,000 per year.
